  When the Universe Conspires: A New Era for Legal Aid Clinics The Vision Meets Reality In February 2026, the Project Complete Law Foundation presented a proposal to NUALS Vice-Chancellor Dr. G.B. Reddy to promote litigation practice among the university's senior undergraduate students. Our team received a warm reception when the concept was demonstrated to the faculty. Recognizing that our approach was rooted in clinical legal education, the Vice-Chancellor suggested associating the initiative with the university’s legal aid centre, and Dr. Aparna Sreekumar was assigned as the faculty coordinator. The response was enthusiastic, with 53 students enrolling. The program was structured into three distinct phases. Phase I involved a comprehensive review of hard law relating to the country's legal institutions, their jurisdictions, and related matters.
